In the eighth round of "Dancing with the Stars Korea" (6/22/2012), the "troika" of dancers were all tied with one another, receiving 24 points from the judges, but Hyoyeon became the overall winner of the round, receiving the most votes from the viewers. But her performance was pre-recorded thus aired "not live' on a show broadcast in real-time due to her overseas commitment, which caused a stir among the viewers and fans.
